Vision     It is God’s vision for “His kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.”  (Matthew 6:10)  We know from Revelation 11:15 that God’s vision will be fulfilled someday:  “the kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ and He will reign forever and ever.”   The mission of Knobbs Springs Baptist Church is to fulfill this vision of God in the community and around the world.  Sunday School is the foundational stone in achieving this important mission.  Sunday School is the way that we build a mature team of individuals who are connected to God and each other.  The main goal of Sunday School is Edification—building up one another in the Body of Christ.  In Sunday School we primarily look inward to ourselves as individuals and as a church.  We study the Bible under godly teachers who explain the Word of God to us.  The results of edification are:  1)  Unity in Christ 2)  Knowledge of Christ 3)  Maturity in Christ 4)  Connection in Christ and 5)  Work for Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16).
